Story Map

From the woods and praetorium at Eboracum (81 CE) the party is pulled into Sulla's camp outside Rome (82 BCE) on the day of the Colline Gate, confronting civil-war violence and the figure of Sulla himself. The strand of investigation into the Signifer and the branch continues across the immersion. It resolves at Agricola's camp near Londinium and a sheltering locus amoenus, marking a lull before the next danger.
