Story Map¶
A trapdoor fall from the camp near Londinium carries the party onto Cleopatra's ship and then into her chamber in Alexandria, 30 BCE, with Octavian's soldiers gathering at the gates below. The Recentii and Bellator navigate the queen's final hours and her choices as the last of the Ptolemies. The dissolve deposits them, months later in story time, into a Roman gutter in 83 CE and a climb to the Esquiline, closing the first half of Act 2.
